FAQ
How could an attacker exploit this vulnerability?
An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by interacting with the Windows Print Spooler service in a way that causes it to use memory that has already been freed. By creating and then closing a printer handle without properly invalidating a related notification handle, the attacker can trigger this condition and potentially run code on the affected system.
